Only 100 toppers will be available for original games and are only available through TEP. Each topper features original artwork by Brian Allen, interactive light shows, interactive animated riding acrobats, and animated lit scrolls. All toppers will also be compatible with the future release of our ping pong ball firing canons.
Please note, the TEP Cirqus Voltaire toppers will NOT work with American Pinball machines and are available exclusively through American Pinball. Both versions of the topper are functionally and aesthetically the same, and both will support the ping pong ball firing canons.
The topper is powered by an external power supply plugged into your machines service port (or the wall) and turns on with your game actives by a signal off of the 5v line in your game (5v splitter included).
The topper features 14 unique light shows spanning attract mode, various gameplay modes, and special features like skill shot success. The topper is powered by Stumblor’s Lolly Board and includes a special connector that attaches to your machines sound board to query the topper light shows from the sounds on the game. All light shows are fully configurable and new light shows can be added to any sound in the game.
Each topper includes a 1 year manufactures warranty and lifetime support. Designed and manufactured in St. Louis, MO USA.
The topper is 10.5” high. For those with tight ceilings, our scrolls only topper can be purchased as well. It is powered and run in the same way as the full topper. The scrolls are not limited.
Both topper and scrolls mount easily to the top of our machine using the exiting head bolt holes, with new bolts included.
SHIPPING
Shipping on all orders begin in November and should be wrapped by January or February 2027, based on demand. We’ll make our best effort to fill orders based on your original waitlist number.
Shipping is calculated at final payment (when your order is ready to ship) and is $60 for US orders, $100 for Canada. International shipping will range from $150-$450. We will contact you prior to taking final payment to confirm your shipping option. We now ship internationally through DHL or FedEx only, and shipping is at your risk. If your item is returned to us we will work with you to reship the item (and repair it if necessary) but you will be responsible for the reshipping costs. If you have questions or would like to discuss this with us prior to placing your deposit, you can contact us here.
This product is carefully packaged in an outer and inner box. If your unit is damaged during shipping, we will work with you to replace any broken parts, to be installed by the customer.
DEPOSITS & PAY IN FULL
All sales are final. DEPOSITS (if applicable) are non-refundable but may be applied to a future purchase. You will be contacted for final payment of the remaining balance + shipping when your order is roughly 10 business days from being ready to ship.
Deposits on international orders (outside of North America) are refundable if you decide the shipping arrangement discussed at final payment is not adequate.

You agree that the Electric Playground LLC and its officers, directors, stakeholders, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives (“Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any loss, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death arising out of or related directly or indirectly to the installation and use of the product, even if such claims were the result of any of the Released Parties’ negligent acts or omissions. The aggregate liability of the Released Parties for any claim related directly or indirectly to the topper shall not exceed the total purchase price you paid for it. In no event shall any of the Released Parties be liable for special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the topper.
