About the
TEP Crew.

It’s a story as old as time, two men brought together by their shared love of the silver ball; now looking to find a way to turn a hobby into a career…and perhaps to help legitimize their “need” to reallocate some of their kid’s college funds towards future pinball acquisitions…

Based in St. Louis, the humble beginnings of the company started with the two founders simply exchanging ideas for ways to add to or improve their existing machines, and quickly realizing the joys (and pains) of taking an already amazing machine and finding ways to make it a truly one-of-a-kind experience. 

Rob, the technical brains behind the operation, focuses on research and development of the mods we produce, while Alec puts his attention towards the operational and marketing aspects of the business. Both collaborate on designing, concepting, and in pondering the big question of “what’s next”. 

All while trying to maintain some semblance of playing ability in our local pinball league!  

We’re taking the leap in starting this business because we believe we have something unique to offer to the pinball community, and we’re confident that when you experience our products in-person you’ll agree. 

Another key motivation for us is simply to support, promote, and interact with all the people that are actively working to make this hobby what it is today. So while you’re here, be sure to check out our blog where we’ll be featuring articles about our pinball adventures so far and all the new friends and places we find along our journey!
